At Love-It Longevity, we understand that premium home wellness equipment can represent a significant investment. We want the purchasing process to feel clear, secure, and straightforward from the moment you place your order through final payment and delivery.

These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments, charges, order verification, refunds, and other billing matters are handled when purchasing through Love-It Longevity.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the billing terms outlined below, along with our applicable Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Payment Methods

Love-It Longevity accepts eligible payment methods displayed during checkout. Depending on availability and customer eligibility, these may include major credit and debit cards, accelerated checkout options, digital wallets, and installment-payment options.

Available payment methods are determined at checkout and may vary based on the order amount, customer, product, location, and payment provider.

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Love-It Longevity does not directly store complete credit card information.

Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Your payment method may be authorized or charged when your order is placed. In certain circumstances, payment authorization and capture timing may vary depending on the payment method, order review, product availability, or fulfillment requirements.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

High-Value Order Verification

Because Love-It Longevity specializes in premium home wellness equipment, some purchases may require additional verification before fulfillment.

For certain high-value transactions, we may contact you to confirm information associated with the order, including billing or shipping details. Additional verification may also be requested by the payment processor or financial institution.

These measures are intended to protect both our customers and Love-It Longevity from unauthorized transactions and payment fraud.

If required verification cannot be completed, an order may be delayed or canceled and any eligible payment returned according to the original payment method.

Installment Payments & Financing

Eligible customers may be offered installment or financing options through independent third-party payment providers, including options presented through Shopify or other providers available at checkout.

Approval, financing amounts, payment schedules, interest rates, fees, eligibility requirements, and other financing terms are established solely by the applicable provider.

Love-It Longevity does not determine financing eligibility and cannot guarantee that financing will be available for a particular customer or purchase amount.

When financing is selected, the customer's repayment agreement is with the financing provider and is subject to that provider's separate terms and conditions.

Pricing

We work to ensure that product pricing and information displayed on Love-It Longevity are accurate.

However, errors can occasionally occur. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, supplier, or system error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel or decline the affected order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot accept because of a material pricing error or product unavailability, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless expressly indicated.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the information available to us, including the shipping destination and applicable tax requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Where required by law, Love-It Longevity will collect applicable sales tax. Customers claiming a valid tax exemption may be required to provide appropriate documentation before an exemption can be applied.

Shipping, Freight & Additional Services

Many Love-It Longevity products are substantial pieces of equipment and may require specialized shipping or freight delivery.

Shipping or freight charges displayed during checkout will apply to the order unless otherwise stated.

Certain services—including expedited freight, white-glove delivery, inside delivery, installation, assembly, special access requirements, or other upgraded delivery services—may involve additional charges when available.

Any additional service or charge requiring separate customer approval will be communicated before being added to an order.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional carrier charges resulting from incorrect information, refused delivery, missed delivery appointments, restricted access, storage, redelivery, or other customer-caused delivery issues may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable shipping terms.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests made before fulfillment begins. However, many of our products are shipped directly from manufacturers or specialized fulfillment partners, and some may be made to order, specially configured, or prepared for freight shortly after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to applicable manufacturer, supplier, payment-processing, shipping, or restocking charges.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

Processing times vary by financial institution and payment provider. Once Love-It Longevity has issued a refund, additional time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping, freight, installation, white-glove delivery, payment-provider charges, restocking fees, or other costs may be non-refundable when disclosed and permitted under applicable law.

Orders purchased using a third-party financing or installment provider are also subject to that provider's refund and repayment procedures.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing problem with your order, please contact us first at support@loveitlongevity.com.

We want the opportunity to investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these terms limits any dispute rights available to you through your card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

We maintain transaction, order, shipping, delivery, and customer-service records and may provide relevant documentation to payment providers or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Failed or Declined Payments

Orders cannot be fulfilled when required payment authorization cannot be completed.

A payment may be declined for reasons determined by the customer's financial institution or payment provider. Love-It Longevity may not receive specific information explaining why a transaction was declined.

If this occurs, you may need to contact your bank or payment provider or select another eligible payment method.

Currency

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on Love-It Longevity are presented in U.S. dollars (USD).

Your financial institution or payment provider may impose separate currency-conversion, international transaction, or other fees where applicable. Such charges are determined by the financial institution or payment provider and are not controlled by Love-It Longevity.

Payment transactions are handled through established third-party payment processors and are subject to applicable security measures and provider terms.

Information collected during checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
