Love-It Longevity does not directly store complete credit-card numbers.

Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Payment may be authorized or captured when an order is submitted. Timing may vary depending on the payment method, fraud review, order status, or fulfillment requirements.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

High-Value Purchases

Because our collection includes premium equipment with significant purchase values, certain transactions may be subject to additional verification.

We or our payment provider may request confirmation of billing, shipping, identity, or transaction information before fulfillment.

This additional review is designed to help protect customers and Love-It Longevity from unauthorized transactions and fraud.

An order may be delayed or canceled if required verification cannot be completed.

Shop Pay Installments & Financing

Eligible customers may be offered installment-payment options through independent third-party providers, including Shop Pay Installments where available.

Eligibility, available purchase amounts, approval, repayment schedules, interest, fees, and financing terms are determined by the applicable provider—not Love-It Longevity.

The appearance of an installment option on our website does not guarantee approval or that the entire purchase amount will qualify for financing.

Customers selecting financing enter into a separate agreement with the applicable provider.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. However, typographical, technical, supplier, or system errors can occur.

Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct material pricing errors and decline or cancel an affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot accept because of a material pricing error, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required based on the information available to us and applicable tax requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.

After a refund is issued, banks, card issuers, and financing providers may require additional time to post the funds.

Orders paid through installment or financing services are also subject to the applicable provider's refund and repayment procedures.
